1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed only after receiving a 70% advance payment.

  • Orders will not be processed or scheduled until the advance payment has been successfully received.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Our standard production timeline is 8–12 weeks from the date of order confirmation (after advance payment).

  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may extend beyond the standard timeframe.

  • We strongly encourage customers to place orders well in advance and plan accordingly before confirming their purchase.

As all items are made with detailed craftsmanship, timely planning ensures a smooth experience.

3. Shipping Duration

  • Local Deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Deliveries: Timelines may vary depending on destination and courier services.

Please note that shipping timelines begin once the order has been dispatched, not during the production period.

4. Delivery & Courier Responsibility

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or courier-related delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the parcel has been handed over.

  • In case of incorrect address details or unclaimed parcels, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
