• As our products are made-to-order and highly customized, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order has been confirmed.

2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photo and/or video proof must be provided at the time of claim.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the replacement process accordingly.

• We reserve the right to assess the reported issue before approving an exchange.
